Micropur Forte powder MF 10`000P

Micropur Forte disinfects clear tap water and keeps it germ-free for up to 6 months.
The oxidising effect of chlorine eliminates both bacteria and viruses.
Micropur Forte is used for microbiologically unsafe tap water to disinfect it for everyday use.it is also an ideal preservative for water in water tanks, water baths, cooling circuits, heating circuits, humidifiers and more.
For cloudy water, use only in combination with a Katadyn water filter, as suspended particles can impair the effect of chlorine and silver ions.

PRODUCT FEATURES

APPLICATION1g

powder per 100 litres of water. Dose the powder into the empty or half-filled water container (clear water only). Immediately fill the container with the desired amount of water. The resulting turbulence serves to mix Micropur Forte and water. Contact time: 30 min (bacteria, viruses and most protozoa). The powder must not be pre-dissolved in a small amount of water (stock solution), as otherwise the silver will precipitate as insoluble silver chloride and lose its effectiveness. For use in plastics or glass. Check metals before use.

Storage

Store in sealed original packaging in a dry place below 25° C.

Further information

• If the water is very cold or if Giardia cysts are suspected, only drink the water after a contact time of 2 hours.
• The limit value for silver in drinking water is 0.1 mg/l and is not exceeded after the exposure time of Micropur Forte.
• The slight chlorine taste can be neutralised within 3 minutes with Micropur Antichlor.

Safety

In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water.Use biocidal products with care. Always read the label and product information before use.
