Important notes

In countries that do not belong to the European Union, VAT is not applicable, but customs duties will be added. Customs clearance is the responsibility of the recipient of the goods. If customs do not authorise a delivery, the recipient is still liable for the full value of the goods.

We dispatch either by post or parcel service. It is not possible for the recipient to choose between the different parcel services.

We always endeavour to send your order in one complete delivery. If this is not possible, e.g. because a product is not available, you can request a partial delivery. Partial deliveries may incur a one-off shipping charge.
